• All passwords are stored using one-way hashing (cannot be read by anyone)
• Documents are stored in a private server location and can only be viewed by you, your assigned employee, and the business owner
• All data transfers happen over secure HTTPS connections
• API keys and integration credentials are stored encrypted

Google Drive Backup

If the business owner enables Google Drive backup, your documents and request data may be stored in a private Google Drive folder. This folder is accessible only to the business owner and is not shared with anyone.

WhatsApp Messages

If you consent to receiving WhatsApp updates, we will send you messages about your installation progress. You can ask to stop receiving these messages at any time.

Your Rights

• You can view your data at any time by signing in to your account
• You can request deletion of your data by contacting us
• You can change your password at any time
