By using the Tulsi Energy Solution website and application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Tulsi Energy Solution provides solar energy consultation, installation, and related services. The website and application allow you to request quotes, track installation progress, and communicate with our team.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One person may have one account
• We may disable your account if we suspect fraudulent activity

Document Uploads

You must only upload documents that belong to you. The documents you upload (Aadhaar, PAN, passbook, etc.) are used solely for processing your solar installation request and applying for government subsidies.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are estimates and may change based on actual site conditions. Final pricing is confirmed after the site survey. Government subsidy amounts are subject to government approval and policy changes.

Limitation of Liability

Tulsi Energy Solution is not liable for delays caused by government approvals, weather conditions, or third-party suppliers. We make every effort to complete installations within the agreed timeline.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
